    About Kristina E McCray

    A Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas with a bachelor’s in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a master’s in Clinical Psychology. She also is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. Kristina has provided therapy services to people in Texas, Louisiana, New York, California, and several countries internationally. Kristina has over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds on a wide range of concerns including depression, suicide ideation, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, trauma, domestic violence, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, personality disorders, substance addiction, identity problems, self-esteem, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and etc. Kristina believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, attachment-based, client-centered, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, trauma-focused, and person-centered techniques. Kristina believes in providing a listening ear to whatever thoughts and feelings that you are experiencing in your life and helping people to take the journey to heal.
